If we choose to see those around us – those we are both close to and those far away – we will see the reflection of ourselves. We cannot only choose those whom we are aligned. In them we will see only the image we want to see. We need to look to those we can find nothing in common. Those who stand for what we say we despise. Those who have done that which we swear we would never do. If we look intently at these brothers and sisters, we will see a reflection of our true selves. The self we want to hide. The self we keep hidden in the darkness.

And when we see this true image of our Soul. And when we accept that this image is truly is. We can begin to change.
