We are gluttonous with information. Every turn of the eye will provide us with voracious data. We know distances. We know events. We know times for movies. Places to eat. The best of this. The worst of that. What never to do. What always to do. It is a borage of unending facts, opinions and – most times – hyperbole.

Leave it all, my friend. Become absolutely ignorant to the information that the world is pounding into your head. Seek wisdom. She will guide you. She will direct your steps. She is worth more than anything you will mount up to a contemptible edifice.

Wisdom will show you what to do. How to live. How to forget yourself and remember your neighbor.

Wisdom will reveal to you that your life is truly hidden in Christ.
