Strive to be better than yesterday, and not better than others.

Once we enter the competition against others the race is lost. Our striving is not to outdo our brothers and sisters but to bring them along – holding them up to God above ourselves. We carry the Children of God in our arms – even as we are carried in the arms of Christ.

We all strive as one single Body toward the prize: Christ crucified and raised.
