“There is no one who is insignificant in the purpose of God.”

— Alistair Begg

(via thesovereignword)

The world would have us believe that we are a colony of ants. All running busily around – each doing a job – yet replaceable by the next in line when we are whisked away to our end.

We do have work to do. We do have a calling to fulfill. Yet don’t believe the lie. You do matter. You. You are the one called by God. And the work given to you is significant. Don’t forget this when Satan pounds on you with iron fists and screams that you are worthless. That you are insignificant.

From the cross Jesus called you by name – your very name.
