“Miss no single opportunity of making some small sacrifice, here by a smiling look, there by a kindly word; always doing the smallest right and doing it all for love.” – St. Therese of Lisieux

It takes so little to give a gift that will mean so much. Many of us do not understand the depths of a gift that, to us, seems like no gift at all. What is it to simply be truly seen when no one has bothered to even acknowledge your existence that day? Or a simple hello when you have been treated as the outcast?
We don’t do these things because we do not think that they matter. But they do. Let’s us give to others everything we take for granted. Touch someone’s arm. Hold someone’s hand. Look into someone’s eyes. Speak a kind word. Remember them. See them. Love them.
We are Christ to each person we meet. And they are Christ to us. They are Christ to me.
